Due to Florida state health and safety regulations, consumed or opened cannabis products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

This policy is designed to protect all customers and comply with state regulations governing cannabis retail operations. We encourage customers to ask questions and inspect products before purchase.

Cannabis Products (THCA, THC, Edibles)

Returnable Conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects in unopened products

  • Incorrect product provided due to our error

Non-Returnable:

  • Any opened, consumed, or used products
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Dissatisfaction with effects or potency
  • Change of mind or preference

Legal Note: Florida health regulations prohibit the return of consumed cannabis products to protect public health and safety.

Vape Products & Disposables

Returnable Conditions:

  • Defective hardware (won't charge, won't activate)
  • Manufacturing defects in unopened products
  • Leaking cartridges or disposables (unopened)
  • Battery or charging issues within 24 hours

Return Window:

  • Hardware defects: 7 days from purchase
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): 24 hours from purchase
  • Must have original packaging and receipt
Glass Pipes & Accessories

Returnable Conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or cracks
  • Incorrect item provided
  • Damage during transport (with proof)

Non-Returnable:

  • Used or dirty glass pieces
  • Customer-caused damage or breakage

Kratom & Mushroom Products

Return Policy:

Refund Policy FAQ

Can I return a product if I don't like the effects?

Unfortunately, no. Once a cannabis product has been opened or consumed, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. We encourage customers to ask questions about effects and start with small doses.

What if my vape disposable stops working?

Defective vape hardware can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Bring the product and receipt to our store for inspection. We'll test the device and provide a replacement if it's determined to be defective.

Do I need my receipt for returns?

Yes, a receipt is required for all returns. If you've lost your receipt, we may be able to look up your purchase using your ID if you're in our system, but this is not guaranteed.

How long do I have to return a defective product?

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return defective products. For vape hardware issues, we recommend testing the product within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I get a cash refund?

Cash refunds are available for qualifying returns, but store credit is our preferred method as it provides immediate resolution. Card refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

What happens to returned products?

All returned cannabis products are disposed of according to Florida state regulations and cannot be resold. This protects customer health and maintains regulatory compliance.
